Privacy Policy

This policy covers two different things: the WrapCalc app, and this website at getwrapcalc.com. They collect different data for different reasons, and this page is explicit about which is which.

What the WrapCalc app collects

Nothing. The app itself does not collect, store on a server, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any account information, because there is no account.
• Vehicle details, panel selections, job costs, saved calculations, job templates, or vehicle profiles you enter.
• Location data.

Everything you enter in the app stays on your device, in the app's local storage. It leaves your device only if you personally choose to export or share a quote as a PDF or CSV through your device's own share sheet. That is your action, using your device's own sharing feature, not something the app does on its own.

What this website collects

The "notify me" form on this site's home page collects the email address you type into it, for one purpose: sending a single message the day WrapCalc launches. Submitting the form stores that address in a Firestore database tied to this website's own Firebase project. It is not linked to any account, it is not shared with any other party, and it is not used for anything beyond that one launch notice. If you'd rather not wait for it to be removed after launch, email support@getwrapcalc.com and ask to be taken off the list.

Advertising in the free tier

The free tier shows a single banner ad, served by Google AdMob. That request is configured as non-personalized: WrapCalc does not request tracking permission and does not build an advertising profile of you. AdMob may still collect technical data needed to serve and measure that ad, under Google's own privacy policy, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy. Unlocking Pro removes this ad entirely.

Purchases

Pro subscriptions and the lifetime unlock are purchased and processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. WrapCalc never sees your payment details; that information is handled under Apple's or Google's own privacy policy, depending on which store you purchased through.

Children's privacy

WrapCalc, the app and this website, is a professional tool for vehicle wrap and sign shops and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date above.
