Write to support@ about a purchase or anything that is broken, and to feedback@ when a number looks off for your shop or something should work differently. Every figure in WrapCalc is an editable starting point. The shipped values are widely published vehicle wrap rules of thumb rather than a standard anyone is bound to, and your own job history will beat them.
We read every message and reply from a real person, usually within one business day.
Reporting a bug
To fix a problem fast, include:
- What screen you were on (Footage Calculator, Panel Breakdown, Job Costing, Fleet Aggregator, Fleet ROI, or Roll Yield).
- What you entered and what you expected to see.
- What actually happened, ideally with a screenshot.
- Your device and OS version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18, or a Pixel 8 on Android 15).
- Whether you're on the free tier or have Pro unlocked.
Common questions
Does WrapCalc need an internet connection?
No. Every calculator works fully offline. The only network activity is the store handling your purchase if you upgrade.
I bought Pro. Why does it still lock a screen?
Open the app, then check that you're signed in on your device to the same Apple ID or Google account you purchased with. If Pro still isn't recognized after that, email us with your order confirmation and we'll sort it out.
Can I use WrapCalc on more than one device?
Yes. A Pro subscription is tied to the App Store or Google Play account you purchased with, and works on any device signed into that account. Saved calculations and templates themselves stay local to each device; they don't sync between devices, since WrapCalc has no account system to sync through.
Where do the default costs and areas come from?
Every default in the app, vehicle areas, material costs, labor hours, warranty years, is an editable starting point, not copied from any single vendor's price list and not a guaranteed figure. The shipped values are widely published vehicle wrap rules of thumb rather than a standard anyone is bound to, and your own job history will beat them. Every one of them is editable in the app's Reference Data screen, so a shop can set them to its own rates and region.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store or Google Play, not through WrapCalc. On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: open the Google Play Store app > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Can I request a feature?
Yes, email us. We read every one.
